Visit us at the old Fire Station in Shifnal
The Shifnal Local History Group is based at the old Fire Station, Shrewsbury Road, SHIFNAL TF11 8AQ. It is an entirely voluntary group and is supported by the Shifnal Town Council.
The Group curates the Shifnal Local History Exhibition, a collection of objects, displays, files of photographs and documents and primary sources which tell the stories that make up the history of Shifnal.
Visitors and researchers are always welcomed: knowledgeable volunteers are present to greet you and help you find what you need. The old Fire Station is fully accessible and there is no charge for visiting.
